The materials

The renovation of the building has been carried out by following sustainable housing standards, with the following characteristics:

• no iron has been used in the masonry structure, but only austenitic steel or bio-orientated  polyethylene net.
• The heating system is in low temperature wall-floor distributed.
• The oil products used for the wood and the cotto tiled floor, and also the varnishing used are chemical solvents free, and without any other dangerous element.
• the insulation material used is made of cork and fibre wood.
• Electric system is equipped of trip units for a better night resting.
• Lots of the lamps are designed by the owners.
