Restaurant

The restaurant guarantees the evening dinner to guests that have booked a room, if this is part of the booking.
The restaurant is open to the public only on Friday and Saturday evenings, and Sunday at lunch and dinner only on advance booking.

The restaurant proposes a wide selection of Italian regional cuisine such as fried food, soups, pasta, rabbit, fillet steak, fruit pastry and typical biscuits; not forgetting cheese a real treasure of the Italian gastronomy, and what we offer is rigorously selected giving importance to products with organic trade marks and/or fresh milk; this process consents to have cheeses which better preserve organoleptic, olfactic and gustative qualities. There is never a lot on offer, but there is a variety, in order not to have too much stock.

Lots of the ingredients are of organic origin such as: eggs, butter, parmesan cheese, flour, oil, vegetables and others; when they are not organic, they are first quality; the meat is not organic but the animals are free range.

Only natural aromas are used to prepare our dishes.
